The waist measures 37 inches unstretched and 39 inches stretched comfortably. The khakis have an inseam of 31 1/2 inches. The rise measures 13 inches. The pants have a flat front. The hips measure 48 inches. The pants have 2 slit pockets on the front and a pocket on the back with a hook and loop closure. The khakis close with a button and a nylon zipper and have belt loops.
